New games on index

Hello i would like to display a list of 20 new games on the index pages, ordered by date added or gameid if it increments, first newest, and not the list of 4 new games from each category.

So it would be the newest games on index from all categories,

to do that you'll have to write a new php block, the code will be much the same to the one used in block_gamelist.php.
