In Search of a CSS/HTML/ProArcadeScript Guru

We are planning to make a online games site and we like the features of ProArcadeScript. The only problem is that we don't know all the features and possibilities regarding the design we made. Therefor we are searching for a CSS/HTML/ProArcadeScript guru for chopping up our design and make it work in this cms.
