How do I set the timezone offset so that the "site" does stuff relative to the timezone I want?

Part of the problem is that it's still February 15 here (eastern Canada) but the site stats now are done and collecting for Feb 16 already!

The fact is, I've stopped updating the stats module. The are way more powerful alternatives to built-in stats - google analytics, woopra, piwik, etc. And of course it's not hard to integrate any of those counters into PAS-driven website, see for example tutorial about google analytics: http://proarcadescript.com/articles/google-analytics/

Sergey,
What is the stats showing? Is it # of visitors, # of game plays, or # of page views?
