How do I redirect my RSS feed to Feedburner?

Hi,

I was wondering how do I re-direct my sites RSS feed to Google's Feedburner? I just burned my feed with them and now I want to change my feed's link.

you'll find the links you should replace by the feedburner's ones in these 2 templates inside your current theme's folder:
- block_head.html (in meta info)
- block_mainnav.html (top navigation bar)
