New block?

Im trying to add an ad block like SIDEAD1, so i made a similar HTML-block and called it SIDEAD2. I placed it on the right menu, but all i see on the page, is the text !SIDEAD2! (no graphics). I have just placed a 140x350 image for test in the block. What am i doing wrong?
Another thing : Can i change the size of the blocks on left and right to 140 instead of 120?

Strange, but the problem seems to have solved itself Nevermind..

actually the width of those blocks are 160, see for example the category buttons on the left, they all are 160 pixels wide.
