Featured games

Is it possible to create a page that shows all the featured games , with thumbnail and desciption of every game?

yes, of course...
You should create a custom php page (see "pages" tab in admin CP) with the code similar to the one inside gamelist block, the only difference is SQL query - yours should contain the "where featured=1" filter. As for templates, the existing ones (from the gamelist block) can be used.
