You can save the page using your browser (file->save as, complete page) and check the structure of the whole page. Sorry, I can't send you the separate templates for each block... except template for the main page, see attached file.
Just curious, what do you wish to find out about the template? 

To find out how to skin it. That main one doesnt have much. I would need a whole theme.
