I'm confused about something and im wondering if someone can clear this up for me.
I was wonder what the legality was concerning redistribution of flash games?

For example, can anyone come on my site and copy my games and put them on there site?
And if I download a gamepack from here do i have the right to put those games on my site?

I guess what im asking is: do you need the authors permission to post there games on your site? is it fair game for people to just rip those games?

The fact is, every author is interested in as wide distribution of his/her game as possible due to the nature of the games' structure - every one contains a link to the author's website. So you publish those games absulutely legally. By the way, I'm the author of 2 games published on the demo site.

But of course, you can't tell people that they are not allowed to copy games from your site because you are not the author of those games. On the other hand it's not criminal to technically prevent people to embed games hosted on your site into their pages (just because you are the owner of your hosting space).
