Yes, it is. To translate the script to a new language you need to do just 2 things:
1. Translate system messages in the "language.php" file, its structure looks like this:

"msgFeatured" => "Featured Game",
"msgNoNews" => "There are no news yet",
"msgMore" => "Read more",

2. Translate html files of the visual theme (template)

Please note, there is no need to edit any file from the script's core.

The answer above describes that it is translatable, but how to make the script multi-lingual... able to choose between two or more languages?
