(Solved) Error uploading game with .bmp

Game is 7.3 MB and i used.bmp i did the config thing but i got internal error 500 after it finished

It is not .bmp** I think its php.ini 7.3 MB and waiting time is to low?

Uploading game 8MB i get this error after its done - wnt say its done just poof to this page

it isnt the bmp as i upload a game 4mb with the bmp
